My mission

Working to share my very practical tools to stay well and positive in the times of adversity.

to teach men and women how to deal more effectively with stress and how to use fear and pain to make changes in life.

Growing up I was gifted with two sets of parents. At the time I did not see this as a blessing believe me !! It was something complicated and painful to move between two households. But what it gave me was a rich tapestry of experiences and skills and the beauty of learning from a mother who created a beautiful home and showed me the quality of caring for people and a step mother who taught me very powerful spiritual techniques from a young age. I learnt a deep faith and how to serve and make a difference in the world from my father who was himself doing big things in the community. From my stepfather, I learnt the art of business and curiosity of all of world's riches from cooking to music to nature.

From a young age I learnt to be independent and self sufficient. It meant I developed a  strong resilience and determination that allows me to go for the things I want in life and not give up. It drives me to want to help shift the interdependent relationships we have created between women and men. It is my mission to help us gain financial independence and stop the unhealthy dependency women have with men to save them.

Is this something you struggle with? Finding financial independence and being able to ask for the things you need? My mission is to set us free from these roles we have created that bind us.

My other main drive is to make wellbeing the forefront of how we live our everyday. To pass the teachings of how I marry my spiritual practice into modern life and that each and everyone of us pays attention to our inner calling, to our bodies and to our environment. Our attention has got trapped in the superficial aspects of life - busy with what we look like, busy in overthinking. We have lost the ability and sensitivity to feel.

Another great loss and pain that motivates me each and every day is losing my parents at a very young age. My father, mother and stepfather all passed away in their 50's and 60's due to not taking care of their bodies. They were lost to cancer and heart disease which we understand more and more is largely caused by lifestyle choices.

So my mission continues and may we continue to pay attention to what we need and what we want in order to enjoy a healthy and happy life on this planet earth.
